The LEV Installation Process

The designer can then create a layout of the duct system based on the buildings size, layout and unique requirements.

Once the design is finalised, the installation process can begin. This involves the forming of holes through walls, the installation of ducts using different types of bracketry dependant on building material, positioning of filter units and fans, installation of bespoke extraction points ranging from Canopy hoods, flexible captor arms, downdraft benches/floors, spray booths and any other bespoke requirements. Correct installation ensures proper sealing, alignment, and support of ducts.
